Diagnostics and troubleshooting

Health checks, enrollment errors, license statuses, log rotation and common issues.

healthcheck.sh and /health

The healthcheck.sh script checks the state of all platform services. Exit code 0 means everything is healthy.

Enrollment errors (HTTP 409)

If installation aborts with an HTTP 409 error during enrollment, contact support: info@massaccess.net.

License statuses

A license can be Active or Suspended. Suspension occurs when usage counters diverge or the connection to the license server is lost. When blocked, sending messages is unavailable while the dashboard keeps working.

Docker log rotation

Container logs are rotated with a size limit of 20m and up to 5 retained files.

Common issues

Log noise at startup and dependence on the outbound service for messenger connections. On installation failure, save the full installer message and contact support at info@massaccess.net.
