Connect a MAX bot

Create and moderate a company bot in MAX, protect its token, and connect it in MassAccess.

Create a separate test bot

  1. 1Use a verified MAX profile
  2. 2Create the bot and submit it for the required moderation
  3. 3After approval, copy the token into an approved secret store

Protect the bot token

Do not expose a real token in code, screenshots, tickets, chat messages, or documentation.

Connect it to MassAccess

  1. 1Sign in to the company dashboard
  2. 2Open Bots and select Add bot
  3. 3Choose MAX, enter the approved bot token, and save
  4. 4Confirm the connection state and webhook configuration

Register the test recipient

The test recipient must open the bot, start its flow, and share the contact requested by your scenario before addressed sending.

Verify send and status

  1. 1Send a test message through the MassAccess API
  2. 2Confirm the message record
  3. 3Verify status updates through webhook or dashboard
  4. 4Test a controlled configuration error without exposing the token

Common checks

  • Bot moderation is not complete
  • The recipient has not completed the bot flow
  • The token is invalid or revoked
  • The webhook connection state is not healthy
