CPaaS MassAccess

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your ("you", "User") use of the MassAccess CPaaS platform ("Platform", "Service"), provided by Web 4 Mobile LLC ("MassAccess", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on the Platform or using it in any way, you enter into a legally binding agreement with MassAccess under the terms set forth in this document:

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you may not use the Platform
These Terms apply to all Platform users, including administrators, developers and end users
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

2. Registration and Account

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current and complete registration information
Keep your registration information up to date
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with third parties
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. Service Provision

MassAccess provides CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) services, including but not limited to:

Sending and receiving messages through integrated communication channels (Telegram, MAX, etc.)
Creating and managing automated response scenarios (bots)
API access for integration with your applications and services

4. User Obligations

When using the Platform, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Federal Law "On Communications" No. 126-FZ and the Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ
Not use the Platform for sending spam, fraudulent messages or any unwanted content

5. Payment and Tariffs

Platform services are provided on a paid basis according to the selected tariff plan:

Payment is made in rubles through the YooKassa payment system
Tariffs and prices are specified in the User's dashboard and may change with at least 14 days prior notice
Unused funds on the account balance are non-refundable, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform, including software code, design, trademarks and content, belong to MassAccess and are protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation:

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms
It is prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works based on the Platform without written permission from MassAccess
Content uploaded by the User (messages, scenarios, configurations) remains the property of the User

7. Limitation of Liability

MassAccess provides the Platform on an "as is" basis:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, but make reasonable efforts to ensure its availability
MassAccess is not liable for losses arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, except as provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation
The aggregate liability of MassAccess for any claims is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last month of Platform use

8. Privacy

Processing of Users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the MassAccess Privacy Policy:

The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms of Service
By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy

9. Termination

These Terms may be terminated:

By the User — at any time by deleting the account through the Platform interface
By MassAccess — with immediate effect in the event of a User's violation of these Terms or requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation
Upon termination of the account, User data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy

10. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation:

All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations; if no agreement is reached — in court at the location of MassAccess
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
